Ards Animal Health is a small family business in Northern Ireland specialising in making in-house ethical natural remedies for pets. We use recycled packaging and minimal single use plastic where possible. Our nutritionist is qualified in naturopathy and registered to advise on animal health and veterinary medicine.
We are here to help in the prevention and management of nutritional related disorders and diseases and other health problems such as allergies, arthritis, diabetes, laminitis, and obesity. We are not vets, so do not diagnose, but we do work with your vet’s diagnosis and advice to provide complementary support.
Sometimes it is really helpful to discuss your pet's problems with our Nutritionist as this satisfied customer found:-
I can only say a big thank you for being so helpful and understanding again. You are a lovely kind lady and I would highly recommend your business and give positive feedback. I cannot thank you enough for your advice and understanding shown to me about my dog's problems.
Take care and kind regards."

Victoria has been a practicing nutritionist since 2010 and received her diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition back in 2017. For several years she worked part time as a nutritionist for Holland and Barrett health food retailer but moved into animal nutrition in 2013. In 2015, Victoria qualified as a Registered Animal Medicines and Health Advisor allowing her to prescribe and supply veterinary medicine to avian, equine and companion animals, giving her a unique insight to herbal and pharmaceutical medicines and their interactions.
Our products are not a substitute for correct veterinary care, nor as a substitute for a varied balanced diet.
